Before you submit your AI music (recording) for registration, you must agree to the following key terms. The Australian AI Music Alliance and OZBeat AI Group PTY LTD (collectively referred to in this agreement as "we") will assign an ISRC-AAM-CID Code to each recording you submit under this agreement, which is based on official ISRC standards and enhanced with an AI involvement level identifier and a content identification code. Learn more here: ISRC-AAM-CID: Establishing a Global Standardized AI Music Identifier.
What You're Responsible For:
- You own or control the recording: You must either own the recording or have permission from the owner of the recording to request an ISRC-AAM-CID Code.
- One recording = one code: You must ensure that each recording is assigned only one ISRC-AAM-CID code, which remains with that recording indefinitely, notwithstanding any changes of ownership or distribution arrangements.
- Material change requires a new code: A recording with an ISRC-AAM-CID Code that has undergone material change since an ISRC-AAM-CID Code was assigned shall not be identified with the old ISRC-AAM-CID Code and shall be assigned a new ISRC-AAM-CID Code.
- Use the assigned code everywhere: You must use the assigned ISRC-AAM-CID Code for your recording, and ensure that it is used consistently in all platforms, releases, and reporting. It never changes, even if you switch distributors.
- Be accurate and honest: You must provide correct details about your recording (track title, artist, release year, etc.).
- Do not assign codes yourself: Please do not get or use codes from other sources for the recording.
- Please ensure the CID code is entered in the correct format: We reserve the right to delete code applications that do not meet the required standards.
- The audio and video versions must be registered with separate codes: The audio (e.g., MP3 format) and video (e.g., MP4 format) versions of the same piece of music must be registered and assigned separate codes.
What You're Getting:
- A unique ISRC-AAM-CID Code for the recording you have submitted.
- A record of the assigned code which is available to you on demand.
- The ISRC code component can be used within today's music distribution system.
- A registration fee of AUD $2 applies to each submission.
